Would I receive a phone call?

Absolutely! You'll get a call from one of our representatives before or after you sign the purchase agreement.

Do you offer shipment?

YES! We ship directly from our storage facility to anywhere in the United States. International shipping is available — please contact us for rates.

Why don't you offer free shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the delivery option you select when placing your order.

Can I pick up?

YES! You can save by picking up directly at our storage facility. Tours are available by appointment. Pick up means managing transportation yourself.

How long will delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 5-25 days depending on shipping method. Express shipping may take only a few days.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank wire transfer — safe and secure with bank-level protection.

Do you offer financing?

Not yet. We work with lenders and will add financing options soon.

Can I trade in my used unit?

No. To keep prices low, we do not accept trade-ins. Selling privately may get you a higher value.

Do you provide a warranty?

Yes. All machinery comes with a 12-month structural and mechanical warranty, covering major structural components and primary mechanical systems.

The warranty does not cover consumables (filters, belts, brake pads), normal wear and tear, damage from misuse or accidents, or failures from lack of maintenance.
