Deliveries are arranged around your schedule. Our staff and your delivery driver will remain in contact to ensure prompt delivery and answer any questions.

Shipping Costs

• Budget: $0.20 per mile (up to 25 days)
• Normal: $0.90 per mile (up to 15 days)
• Express: $1.50 per mile (up to 5 days)

Order Processing Time

• Sale contract sent: 24–72 hours
• Contract review: depends on customer
• Edits (if needed): 24 hours
• Invoice issued: 24 hours
• Payment clearance: depends on customer

Shipping to Canada

We offer a complete customs clearance and freight forwarding service for imports into Canada, including border clearance, documentation, and final delivery.

Customs fees generally range from $25 to $250 USD, with turnaround times of 48–72 hours.

Payments

No machinery will leave our yard until payment has been received in full and cleared. All goods remain the property of Portland Equipment until payment is complete.
